I've seen your 740cc chips, and noticed you chose to retain the OEM knock control functionality (unlike JWT who completely remove it). However, it appears you are missing a couple important knock-control related engine load (TP) parameters. (i.e. they are still set for 370cc injectors). This causes the knock control system to malfunction and operate only about ~25% of the time vs. what it should for an in-spec vehicle. This means that the ECU can't pull timing when it actually needs to (i.e. for changes in weather, altitude, etc...), and can result in detonation related engine damage like you are describing.
